Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note: Items that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your BloomLight arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible ✨


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards
